Our first objective...... to review the design, at whatever stage it is at, to ensure commissioning can be achieved effectively and efficiently.

Our second objective..... to introduce the required commissioning processes such that everyone in the project delivery team is able to consider, plan and prepare for their own and allied commissioning works in all respects.

Our third objective...... to ensure commissioning activities go to plan, the performance criteria is achieved and each element of work, including integrations, are fully tested and complete.

Our fourth objective....to manage client approvals and handovers, their training, and the commissioning record documentation to provide complete and fully functioning, operational and evidenced building services equipment and infrastructure.

Our final objective...... to conduct meaningful post-occupation and seasonal commissioning reviews that confirm continued building services as- commissioned performance that meets your expectations in terms of predicted energy costs and usability.
